Snow season lasts longer at Grouse Mountain

April 19, 2010, Grouse Mountain, North Vancouver, B.C. – Skiing and boarding will continue at Grouse Mountain this season until May 2nd, offering skiers and riders nearly 300 cm of snow atop our downhill terrain and glorious spring sunshine.
Grouse Mountain will remain open for snow enthusiasts a full week longer than last year, and the downhill operation is being extended longer than any other North Shore mountain. The resort consistently delivers the best downhill offering in British Columbia all season, and now skiers and riders can keep winter alive a while longer.
The 2009/2010 winter season has already witnessed amazing events such as the Olympic Torch Relay, and keeping Grouse Mountain open 24 hours each day of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games (17 days).
The highly sought after Y2Play passes that fuel Vancouver’s most significant winter community are nearly sold-out for the 2010/2011 winter season, creating another good reason in a long list of ones to buy or renew a Y2Play Pass for those haven't done so already. Once they're gone, there's no bringing them back!
