(North Vancouver) Coinciding with the long awaited arrival of warm sunny weather, Grouse Mountain is thrilled to kick-off summer season at the Peak of Vancouver. Starting this Saturday guests can enjoy summer favourites like our World Famous Lumberjack Show and the awe-inspiring Birds in Motion Demonstration

“We’re excited to embrace the sunshine as we bring back summer favourites to Grouse Mountain,” said Julia Grant, Grouse Mountain Communications Manager. “From educational experiences to thrilling outdoor adventures; summer season at the Peak of Vancouver offers an incredible variety of activities plus dining, shopping…and so much more.”

Returning this summer is Grouse Mountain’s newest activity – the Skyride Surf Adventure. Experience our iconic Skyride from a whole new perspective. Take in the stunning 360-degree views from the roof of the tram cabin as you soar above the trees on your way to the mountaintop.

Get up close and with resident Grizzly bears, Grinder and Coola in their mountaintop refuge or watch a falcon take flight at the Birds in Motion Demonstration. Stroll over to our World Famous Lumberjack Show and cheer on rival lumberjacks as they compete for top status.

Adventure seekers can feel the rush on a Mountain Zipline Adventure or take to the skies on a scenic Helicopter Tour above the North Shore Mountains, both departing from the top of Grouse Mountain.
