(North Vancouver) Recognized by visitors and locals alike as Vancouver’s top four season attraction, Grouse Mountain is proud to announce the Resort has been named one of BC’s Top Employers as selected by Mediacorp Canada Inc. This special designation recognizes the British Columbia employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.

BC’s Top Employers are evaluated based on eight criteria: physical workplace; work atmosphere & social; health, financial & family benefits; vacation & time off; employee communications; performance management; training & skills development; and community involvement.

Key reasons why Grouse Mountain was selected as a top employer include ongoing employee development programs  as well as the unique work environment overlooking the City of Vancouver and employees’ unlimited access to outdoor recreation on the Mountain.
