A Flurry of Winter Activity

With the kids out of school and after the big day comes and goes, Grouse Mountain offers more than just the best skiing and riding on the North Shore. Sleigh rides, mountain top ice skating, and even a Sno-Limo for adventure seekers who have not yet conquered the ability to ski or ride. 

“The season is really just getting started,” says General Manager Michael Cameron. “While the skiing and riding is epic right now, we offer a full roster of outdoor activities from snowshoeing to sno-limoing, we have something for all ages, abilities and interests.” While Christmas day might mark the pique of the holiday season for some, Grouse Mountain’s winter activities will keep the whole family entertained for several more months. 

 A relatively new addition to Grouse Mountain’s many winter activities is Sno-limo tours. Sno-limo tours is the best and only way for non-skiers or snowboarders to glide along snow covered mountain trails and to enjoy breathtaking vistas. ‘Chauffeurs’ make it possible for non-skiers to join in with their group in a comfortable ‘sno-limo’. ‘Sno-Limos’ careen along varied terrain for an unforgettable mountain excursion. Environmentally friendly and gravity powered, the rider enjoys an exhilarating outdoor excursion.
